About Me


Austin Hein is a seasoned political professional with a robust career spanning more than a decade in campaigns, advocacy, policy analysis, and communications. 

Austin has worked for multiple national conservative grassroots advocacy organizations, leading legislative and political programs. He has diverse experience, working in every area of politics.

He has worked in Washington, D.C., serving as senior staff for a conservative member of Congress. From there, he worked as the chief spokesman for the Colorado House Republican Caucus.

Austin’s work led him to work for the National Association for Gun Rights in the role of Political Director, overseeing state and federal legislative operations. Austin also managed the National Association for Gun Rights PAC and Gun Rights America SuperPAC.

He also ran for State Representative in Colorado, self operating his campaign, driven by low-dollar donors and grassroots activism. Austin nearly defeated the Colorado House Minority Leader, despite being outspent 10-1.

Austin, his wife, and two children now reside in Texas and are focused on keeping Texas red.
